2021-19-20-06 IDC Racing Oschersleben – Double win and podium

On June 19 and 20, race 2 and 3 of the International Dutch Championship were on the program at the Oschersleben circuit. Mark van Bunnik (Fastmarky#77) and Greg Barnes (Gin-Tonic#67, this weekend with #167) took part in these races for Docshop Racing in the proclass600. With temperatures above 30 degrees, it would not be an easy weekend.

On Friday, a free practice started and on Saturday there were 2 qualifications and a race. During the qualifications, our 2 riders could always be found in place 1 and 2. This resulted in place 14 and 17 in the combined starting grid of the Dutch Supersport/Dutch Proclass600 and P1 and P2 in the Dutch Proclass 600!

Race 1
Greg Barnes had a good start and led the entire race in the Proclass600, but unfortunately had to retire on the last lap with technical problems. Mark van Bunnik was the entire race on P2 and was also able to overtake a few Supersport riders. Greg’s retirement made him the winner of the race in the Proclass600!
